What it is
The first piece we made. A small ceramic cup, hand-shaped on a wheel and hand-glazed in a matte finish that goes opaque when cold and luminous when lit. The cup houses a warm 2700K LED that diffuses through the porcelain wall, throwing soft amber light without glare.
It is small on purpose. It is not bright on purpose. It is meant to be the last light on at night, the first light on at dawn — the one that doesn't ask anything of you.

The workshop
Our pieces are fired in a small studio in Chaozhou, Guangdong — a city that has been making porcelain since the Song Dynasty. The kiln masters we work with have shaped clay for three generations. We send them designs; they send back pieces with the subtle variations only a hand can produce.
Every lamp is slightly different. None is wrong.

Care
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Avoid wet cleaning of the glaze. Replace the USB-C cable with any standard 5V cable if needed.
